De Ludwig Tieck a Mary Shelley, o de Edgar Allan Poe a Villiers de l&#8217;Isle Adam, el libro re\u00fane cuentos que permiten explorar los or\u00edgenes de la imaginaci\u00f3n fant\u00e1stica actual en el romanticismo y los movimientos sobre los que \u00e9ste tuvo influencia. Un pr\u00f3logo desarrolla el tema m\u00e1s ampliamente.
